A qualified accountant who has gained well over 25 years of valuable experience covering the vital sectors of trade and industry in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Held senior management positions in Sri Lanka in large organizations and in a highly diversified blue chip group – Aitken Spence Group, as a director in their outfits involved in agriculture, plantations, exports, hotels and garments. He had the opportunity of serving in the banking & finance trade when he was attached to the old establishment brokering company – Forbes & Walker Group, as their Chief Accountant and Director of Forbes Money Brokers Ltd.

He has gained his overseas exposure by serving in large conglomerates in Indonesia and Singapore, and in their branches in the Asia Pacific region. At CCCL, he is in charge of project management and international trade.

Director Business Promotions

An entrepreneur who has wide experience in marketing, having held senior management positions both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

He represents multi national companies worldwide and presently at CCCL Mr Mohamed is responsible for business promotions and international trade.

Ernest J. Ratnayake FCMA, FCCA
Director Re-enginnering and HR

A qualified accountant who held the position of Group Finance Director in a multi national company - Ceylon Tobacco for over 25 years, he has associated himself with the Al Rostamani Group in Dubai for over 10 years and assisted them in establishing their group network in many parts of the world.

He has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting fields, and in addition, he has specialised skills and expertise in reviving sick companies to get back on track.

At CCCL, he is responsible for corporate restructuring & re-engineering, and assists the Project Management Division in implementation of projects.

Mrs. Ajantha Disanayake FCMA
Director Training & Development

A Chartered Management Accountant by profession, had a career predominantly in the banking sector, where she was responsible for the establishment of venture capital arm for the People’s Bank in Sri Lanka and later became the CEO of that company.

In addition, she has overseas exposure and has gained valuable experience in capital restructuring and innovative funding solutions for large conglomerates. She has specific skills in training and development in large organizations.

Sarath Goonewardane Bsc. Hons., P.G. Dip Stats, LLB
Director Taxation

An honours graduate who has also obtained his LLB degree, had been attached to the Department of Inland Revenue for well over 35 years.

The last position held was Commissioner of VAT. He is very well versed with Sri Lanka Fiscal Policy and regulatory measures and at CCCL he is responsible for the corporate and individual tax advisory division.

Highly experienced accountant, who has worked for large organizations managing its finances, at CCCL Mr Asokan is responsible for providing accounting and book-keeping functions to the company's clientele.

A qualified banker, who started his career in the Bank of Ceylon and rose up to the position of Assistant General Manager.

He has 37 years of experience in the banking sector covering all aspects of banking. An expert in credit line operations. At CCCL, he is responsible for funding solutions and corporate restructuring / re-engineering.

Mr Gunendran has held senior management positions in Government Railways for over 20 years. He has wide experience in local and overseas trade. CCCL uses his experience to work on government contracts and tenders.

An associate member of the Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of UK, has wide experience in corporate secretarial functions.

A registered secretary in public practice, at CCCL he is responsible for company formations and attending to statutory formalities for all corporate clients.
